Exmouth (27/08/2010 18:24)

Last weekend I was down at exmouth for the last leg of the national series, on the first day we finished the last dozen of the 720 in a mist that made the targets very hard to see, however it cleared up for the head to heads and I came 6th after qualifying 7th, which wasn't a bad days work. Sunday the weather was great and I shot a pb of 1377 with 332, 345, 342 and 358 for the respective distances.. This also caused me to qualify for the junior section of the national series final this year in leamington spa and left me in eighth or ninth overall for the senior section.

British target championships (17/08/2010 18:10)

This weekend I shot at the British target champs, I didn't shoot very well on the Saturday which I decided to put down to the lack of practise seeing as I had just come back from holiday. However after getting back in to the swing of it I shot a pb on the gents fita the second day of 1361 scoring 328, 334, 344, 355 for the respective distances. I was preety happy with the weekend overall and am looking forward to exmouth this weekend

Oxford (16/08/2010 18:35)

Hi, I went to Oxford shoot on 31-1/8/10 after a windy morning I finished Qualifying with 660 then went through the head to heads and came third after being knocked out by Andy Rikenenko in the semi finals.. after a pleasing first day on saturday the sunday went rather smoothly and I finished in 2nd after shooting two 720's of 679 and 682. I feel this weekend went really well and am happy with the results..

Andover (28/07/2010 18:22)

Hi,

I went to Andover this weekend and shot 1345 on both days However I did come out with a pb at 90m of 329 so got something out of the weekend. The results left me in place for 9th in the national series.

Europeans: Germany (27/07/2010 18:22)

Hi,

Last week I arrived home from the Junior European outdoor championships in Germany, through-out the week I think the heat got the better of a few of the archers and I dont think I shot to the best of my ability. After starting with a bad qualifying I was left with to big a challenge and unfortunately went out early... In the team round Matt Gardner, Matt Rudge and I shot a PB of 228 but again it wasnt quite enough as the Germans finished with a 60 to knock us out. Overall it was a good trip and I got to know the team well and there are experiences that have made me a better archer and that I will take away with me to improve for the next event!
